ALAN S. CHESLER
Alan Chesler is currently a partner in the Managing General Agency, Community Underwriters Group LLC. He also serves as a Director for Bold Legal Defense Insurance Company.
Mr. Chesler began his insurance career at Alexander & Alexander, New York. He worked on unsuring high value properties and complex liability exposures using standard and manuscript forms as the situation required. He was involved in all types of risks including Pollution, International Liability, movable property and expected loss.
He moved to Florida in the mid 1980's in order to serve the needs of a major client. He later joined Aon as a Producer in the Boca Raton office, where he handled heavy manufacturing and Community Association risks. He went on the become a founding Partner of Alan James Insurance.
JAMES C. HARTMAN
James Hartman is currently a Partner in the Managing General Agency, Community Underwriters Group LLC., and serves as a Director for Bold Legal Defense Insurance Company.
Mr. Hartman spent the earlier years of his career in the Philadelphia Office of Bayly Martin & Fay, which is now part of Aon. During this period, he specialized in insuring transportation and Public Sector risks. His most significant accomplishment was the design and implementation of the self-insurance program for the city of Atlantic City, NJ., a program that is still in service today.
Since moving to Southern Florida on 1995, Mr. Hartman has served as President of Community Insurance Inc., and later as a Founding Partner of Alan James Insurance, where he specialized in insuring Commercial property and Community association risks.
STEVEN L. LUBELL, ESQ.
Steven L. Lubell is a Partner at the law firm of Lubell Rosen. He also serves as a Director for Bold Legal Defense Insurance Company.
Stene Lubell is an experienced trial attorney for over twenty (20) years who defends cases involving catastrophic injuries and property claims. Mr. Lubell has represented clients in State Courts in both Florida and New York and has appeared before the 3rd and 4th District Court of Appeals in the State of Florida, and Federal Court for the 11th District. His professional accomplishments and successful jury trial verdicts have been reported in the Florida Jury Reporter.
Mr. Lubell is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar. Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar of competency and experience within the areas of law, and professionalism and ethics in a practice. Mr. Lubell has received the highest "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell National Attorney Rankings.

His experience has included numerous trials, the defense of cases involving catastrophic injuries, extra-contractual claims, contract disputes, and coverage disputes.
